Jake Vaadeland is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Saskatchewan, Canada. His traditional sound and unique style could be defined as a blend of Bluegrass and Rockabilly. But really, Jake simply strives to write and play the music he enjoys. Jake specializes mainly on the banjo, guitar and vocals. He also performs in the bluegrass duo, "Jake and Ira". His songwriting style focuses on storytelling with messages that he hopes his audience can relate to. His goal is to put a smile on your face and brighten up your day as he expresses himself through his music.
